(Facebook/maleena.pl.3)PHITSANULOK: Police have obtained a warrant for the arrest of a man caught on camera assaulting his five-year-old disabled stepson. The suspect is said to be hiding in Bangkok but police expect to arrest him in few days, Pol Col Songpol Sangkasem, chief of the Muang Phitsanulok police station, said on Saturday. The mother of the injured boy said that her sister-in-law had phoned her to complain about the development of the case against the man. The mother, whose name was withheld to protect the child's identity, said her sister-in-law promised that the man would surrender to police. The incident happened in front of the boy's kindergarten on Tuesday when the stepfather arrived on his motorcycle to pick up the boy.
